On July 24th 1.923, Don José Antonio and Don Juan Bautista Franco Isasa constituted the Mercantile Collective Society of FRANCO HNOS, with the social name of “manufacture and commerce of colognes and drugstore items”, located at Pedro Egaña, street of San Sebastian, with a social capital of 60.000.-pts

On July 24th 1.930, the social capital was extended to 167.583.-pts and began to be a part of the Society Don Ramón and Don Rafael Franco Isasa became members of the Society.

On January 8th 1.943 new premises were rented 7 of Garibay street in San Sebastian so as to extend the manufacture of paintings.

On January 15th 1.947, Franco Hermanos was divided into two independent societies, one for each business. As a result, two different companies were created: Franco Hnos Colonials S.R.C. and Franco Hnos Drogas S.R.C., being owners of first one Don Juan Bautista and Don Ramón Franco Isasa and Don José Antonio and Don Rafael Franco Isasa owners of the secondly mentioned company.

At the same time, Franco Hnos Drogas S.R.C., whose initial social capital was 1.200.000.-pts, acquired a 2.500 m2 plot placed in San Sebastian, in the Pasajes San Pedro Avenue.

On January 23th 1.951 the company moved from Garibay Street to the recently constructed building in the Pasajes San Pedro Avenue. On May 8th 1.980 of the company changed its name to Franco Hnos. S.A.

On October 3rd 1.986 Franco Hermanos S.A. acquired a 4.710m2 plot of land in the Industrial park of Ergoien in Urnieta was carried out.

On March 9th 1.987 Franco Hermanos S.A. moved to its current premises in Urnieta.
